Happy first day of spring, the only day when light and darkness are equal lengths all over the world. May this day of balance blossom into renewal, promise and peace.
Joy, Wellness and the Science of Energy
Society isn’t famous for making paradigm shifts quickly but it’s time to pay attention. It’s been over 100 years since Einstein introduced the Theory of Relativity, E = mc2, stating that “E,” meaning energy, and “M,” meaning mass, are one and the same. Everything in our lives – trees, buildings, the chair I’m sitting on and yes, our bodies, right down to your pinky toe – are all clumps of energy taking solid form by vibrating at their own unique frequency.
For we energy geeks the 2012 discovery of the Higgs/Boson or “God” particle, the particle that told that clump of energy to vibrate at a certain frequency and become your flower pot, was tantamount to the discovery of fire.
When I went looking for the core source of healing I studied reiki, jin shin jyutsu, tai chi & qi gong, muscle testing, received acupuncture and researched the latest wellness and mind-management philosophies. Threaded throughout was the common theme of energy. I was ignited and devoured books on quantum mechanics.
This universal principal is consistent throughout time from its application in ancient healing techniques to the modern quantum principles that dictate the mechanics of our universe. This energy is not only the building block of our universe but also the building block of our minds, bodies and the core source of joy and wellness.
This week, broaden your perspective and see your world as clusters of energy that are soft, malleable and filled with renewal and promise.
“We live at the threshold of a universal recognition that the human being is not mere matter, but a potent, energetic field of consciousness.” – Michael Beckwith
