Has this happened to you too? A constant stream of annoyances sent me into a dither. I gnashed my teeth and my brain played the same loop again and again. Then, making it worse, I beat myself up for not having the mind-mastery to control it – classic Anxiety 101. Sound familiar?
But when I reached out to trusted friends they had just the right words. Each tossed in a higher perspective; a nugget of wisdom that allowed me to stop and back away, honor my feelings, and find the opportunity to learn.
Allow this time of isolation and uncertainty to bring us closer. If someone hints they are in a funk don’t drop the ball.
