Today I have a very special and a very personal message for
you about mental health.

Have you suffered from depression or anxiety? Do you know what it’s like to not
trust your own brain, to really doubt yourself? And it creates terrible self-
esteem. Well, I’ve been there too, and I refused that my story was going to look
like this. And I’m now eight years without symptoms, and without prescription

So how did I do this? First, I studied everything that came my way, from
conventional healing to cutting edge wellness practices. I studied the
functioning of the brain and how we can change our brain. And I got right down
into the nitty gritty and I studied quantum mechanics, and how you can really
create core wellness. And then I bundled it all together into really simple
language in an easy three part program called Quiet Mind Mental Wellness,
composed of education, inspiration, and affirmation.

Education is my mini book, Quiet Mind: How to Create Freedom From

you motivated and reinforce positive behavior to create lasting change.
