You are endowed with distinctive gifts. A mix of talents, skills and interests that light you up and set you apart. Do you launch your gifts or let them languish behind old voices saying “Don’t be too big for your britches.”, “Quit being a show-off.”, “Be ladylike.” And how much talent has been shut down with “Who do you think you are?”
I recognized myself in the new term, “fear of outshining.” Those of us who downplay our skills so we won’t stand out or threaten others. Have you turned down the volume on your talent in favor of fitting in? Allow yourself to shine and you will inspire, not intimidate. Dare to be special.
Our gifts provide the platform that allow us to reach up and grab the fruit of boundless potential & possibility and become the best version of ourselves. Recognize, accept and unwrap them. Rise to the joy of it. When you embrace your gifts you open to the wisdom of the universe. A divine presence has your back.
Spirit bestowed you with these gifts as a means of expressing through you. When you embrace your gifts you enhance that flow of divine energy.
